I purchased 4 pair of orthopedic shoes from ocean underwear costing $39. I received no conformation of order and no shoes. The check cleared on 3/06/23. I tried to go on the website to check my order, but the site did not responded. I will report it to my bank, and I will also save this website to refer to so this doesn’t happen again.

ReplyDeleteI bought 3 pair of shoes on Feb 25, 2023, got the tracking message that the package was successfully delivered on March 28. There is no package delivered on that day. I looked up the company website's Contact Us, sent email to the provided email address of the support department's email, the email was not delivered because "the remote server is misconfigured". Will report to the bank/credit card as scam/fraud.
